These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Kavixa.com ("Site"), operated by Evozone Eco Ltd. By accessing or making a purchase on the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc.

These Terms apply to customers residing in France, Italy, Ireland, and the United Kingdom.

1. Use of the Site

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. You declare that all information provided is accurate and up to date.

  • Do not use the Site for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  • Do not transmit viruses or interfere with the operation of the Site.

We may terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

2. Products and Orders

We offer products through our online store (dropshipping). Each order is checked by our quality team before shipment. Descriptions and prices may change without notice.

  • Orders: We may refuse or cancel an order in case of unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
  • Prices: Prices include applicable taxes. Delivery is free on all orders. Customs or import fees may apply depending on your country, for which you are responsible.
  • Shipping: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, then shipped via third-party suppliers (often from Asia). Estimated delivery time is 7 to 14 business days after shipment, depending on destination and customs. We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties.

3. Payments

Payments are processed via Stripe for secure transactions. You must provide accurate payment information. Some banks may apply conversion fees for international payments, for which we are not responsible.

4. Returns and Withdrawal

You have a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal or return an unused item, in accordance with applicable laws in France, Italy, Ireland, and the United Kingdom.

Refunds are processed only after receipt and inspection of the returned product, except in cases of non-delivery or defective/damaged/incorrect products in accordance with our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

The content of the Site (texts, images, logos) is the property of Evozone Eco Ltd or its suppliers, protected by copyright laws. Any reproduction without authorization is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Evozone Eco Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or products. The Site is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy or availability.
