Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days before shipping.
After shipping, standard delivery takes 7 to 14 business days, depending on the destination. Times may vary due to customs or carriers.
We work with third-party suppliers (dropshipping), often based in Asia, which may affect delivery times.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number. You can also track your order via our Order Tracking page.

6. Order Changes and Cancellation
Once shipped, an order cannot be modified. For changes or cancellations, contact us within 24 hours of ordering at support@kavixa.com. Cancellations are not guaranteed if the order is already being processed.

8. Non-Delivery or Lost Package

9. Incorrect, Missing, or Damaged Product
