Refund Policy

At Kavixa.com, operated by Evozone Eco Ltd, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains the conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds for customers in France, Italy, Ireland, and the United Kingdom. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc.

1. Return Period — 14 Days

In accordance with applicable law, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product to return an item or exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.

2. Return Eligibility

You may return a product if:

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • It is not personalized, unless it is defective.
  • You provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt).

Hygiene, personal care, or digital items are not eligible for return, except in case of defect.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us at support@kavixa.com or via our Withdrawal Request with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide you with a return address (which may vary depending on the third-party supplier).
  • Pack the product in its original packaging and ship it no later than 14 days after your withdrawal declaration.

Return shipping costs: Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect.

4. Refunds

After receipt and inspection of the returned product:

  • We will inform you by email of the approval or refusal of the refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the returned product or proof of its shipment.
  • Since delivery is free, no initial shipping fees are charged or refundable.

Important: No refund will be made without receipt and inspection of the returned product, except in cases of confirmed non-delivery or defective/damaged/incorrect product as per this policy.

Returned products that are damaged, used, or incomplete may result in a refund refusal or a deduction corresponding to the decrease in the product’s value.

5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receipt at support@kavixa.com with photos or videos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

6. Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at support@kavixa.com. A full refund will be processed if the order has not been shipped.

7. Non-Delivery

Shipping times are 7 to 14 business days after dispatch (see our Shipping Policy). If your order does not arrive within 20 days, contact us for a full refund or reshipment.

8. Warranty

We offer a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Contact us for a free replacement. Damage due to misuse is not covered.

Customers in the United Kingdom also benefit from applicable legal rights in case of non-compliant products.

9. Quality Control

Each order is inspected by our quality team before shipment. Inspection photos or videos are archived. In case of dispute, these may be used for verification purposes.
